各種気体を放電させると、それぞれ固有の光を発します。<br>
これらの光の波長ごとのスペクトル強度を測定することにより、各種気体の分圧を測定することができます。<br>
この分圧からそれぞれの気体の漏れ量を算出します。<br>
光を計測するので低真空まで容易に測定することが可能です。
